FAQ
Q – I get the message ‘Track is out of date, please re-download’ when playing a track.
A – WINtA tracks will get updates if we think we can improve them, or if we experience problems on certain devices. If this is the case, go to ‘Settings’ and select ‘Delete tracks’. From this screen, you can delete the track you’re trying to play. After that, go to ‘Play’ and tap the icon of the track you just deleted. You will find a download button on the location where ‘Play’ used to be. From version 1.0.1, this process takes place automatically.
Q – WINtA sometimes crashes while loading a song.
A – Loading audio takes up a lot of memory, since iOS4, you are able to run multiple Apps on your device at the same time. Each of these Apps uses a bit of memory. If you experience frequent shutdowns, try to close a few Apps to free up some memory.
Q – Is four tracks all there is to WINtA?
A – No, WINtA will be updated on a weekly basis with new content. Keep track of our Twitter (@onebiggame) or facebook for updates on track releases.
Q – How many tracks will be free?
A – We are using free tracks as a sampler of what WINtA has to offer. It’s possible that with new releases, new tracks will become available for free. The idea is to raise as much as we can for charity, so know that when you’re purchasing tracks in WINtA, you’re also helping out others!
